NARBERTH
Narberth is a walking town, with shopping, most recreational facilities, religious organizations, the library and school all within a comfortable walk. The roughly one-half square mile area of the Borough is cut in half by the Pennsylvania railroad tracks which divide the town into the north side and the south side. This primarily residential community also has a business district with shops along Haverford, Narberth, Forest and Essex Avenues. Narberth is a world within it’s self. It is a Borough with in the heart of Lower Merion Township. Narberth was incorporated in 1895 as a Borough, the smallest type of government in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Narberth is one of the first the first town/train stop on the beginning of the Fabulous Main Line offering easy proximity to Center City Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania and University area

Narberth is a 19 minute train ride to Suburban Station and a 15-20 minute drive into Philadelphia. Whether jumping on to Montgomery Ave of Route 30 Narberth offers convenience to major highways

Housing types range from Rental units, smaller single family homes to large 1890 Victorian homes with wrap around porches

Children to go Merion Elementary or Belmont Hills Elementary Schools, grades K-5, grades 6-8 are served by Welch Valley or Bala Middle School and all students go to Lower Merion High School or Harriton High Schools
