VILLANOVA Villanova is home to Villanova University. Founded in 1842 by the friars of the Order of St. Augustine and named for St. Thomas of Villanova. It consists of four main colleges: Commerce and Finance, Engineering, Liberal Arts and Science, and Nursing, as well as a School of Law. The university has an enrollment of some 6,000 undergraduates.
It is a 25 minute train ride to Suburban Station and a 25-20 minute drive into Town. Villanova Bala is served by two train lines the R-5 and P& W trolley line to West Philadelphia and Norristown. There is access to the Schuylkill Express Way and I-476 aka Blue Route and the Pennsylvania Turnpike

Wayne / St David’s Until the latter part of the 18th century, there was no community of Wayne. Fields, orchards, brooks and woodland supported isolated farmers. It is home to several small colleges and Valley Forge Military Academy
It is a 31minute train ride to Suburban Station and a 10-15 drive into Town. Bala is served by two train lines and an Express Buss to town. There is easy access to the Schuylkill Express Way
